Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

Move Lab HQ (“Move Lab HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in North Carolina and may provide online personal training, health coaching, nutritional guidance, and related services to clients throughout the United States where those services may lawfully be provided.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information obtained through our website, consultation process, communications, coaching relationships, and related services.

It also explains the privacy rights that may be available to residents of different U.S. states.

By using our website or voluntarily providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

  • The Move Lab HQ website.

  • Client-management, scheduling, payment, videoconferencing, or coaching platforms used in connection with our services.

2. Services Throughout the United States

Move Lab HQ is located in North Carolina, but our online services may be available to clients located in any of the 50 states, subject to applicable laws, professional licensing requirements, scope-of-practice limitations, and provider availability.

The availability of one service does not mean that every service is available in every state.

Personal training, general wellness coaching, and health coaching are different from the diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition. Clinical or healthcare-related services will be offered only when the applicable provider is legally authorized to provide those services in the state where the client is physically located.
